📝 Return Conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the product.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
A proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email) is required.

🔄 Exchange:

We accept exchanges for defective or damaged products.
If you received the wrong item, we will arrange for a replacement at no cost.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

Products that show signs of use or damage by the customer.
Items returned after the 14-day window.
