Simply browse our products at www.pandakoalauk.com, add your selected items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed.

  • Cash on Delivery (available in selected regions)

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we primarily ship to the UAE and UK. For special international orders, please contact us at info@pandakoalauk.com for assistance.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery usually takes:

  • 1–3 working days within UAE

  • 3–7 working days for UK or GCC deliveries
    You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

7. Can I cancel or modify my order?

You may cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing us at info@pandakoalauk.com. After that, the order may already be processed or shipped.

9. Do your backpacks come with a warranty?

Yes! All Pandakoala backpacks come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty Policy for how to make a claim.


10. How should I care for my backpack?

Use a damp cloth to wipe clean. Avoid harsh chemicals, overloading, or prolonged exposure to sunlight and moisture. Visit our Product Care section for full tips.


11. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your item at info@pandakoalauk.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll assist you right away.
